Limitation of Liability
Significantchoice.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if significantchoice.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Notice
Significantchoice.com may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to significantchoice.com. We will not be responsible for non-delivery of any materials/notices if you provide a wrong email address; any suits arising from this will be under your own costs and by joining you agree not to hold us responsible in such a case.

We do not provide phone support under ANY circumstances; all support is provided via email and live chat services. If you want phone support or one-on-one, then this opportunity may not be for you.

Account Usage

Note that one account is meant for one person ONLY. We have a software that detects whether an account is being used by multiple users or not. If we realize that your account is being used by more than one person; your account will be immediately closed and deleted from our database. In case, we also realize that your friends are using the same account; the account will be deleted. Note that no refund will be issued in this case and they are no appeals either. If you want your account re-opened you must sign up again, and pay the membership fee again. If you suspect that a friend of yours might be having the password, please contact us immediately so that we can change the password because the software rings an alarm to us that your account has multiple users.

Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Your account will be closed immediately and no refund will be issued in case you use any abusive language towards any of our staff. Impersonation of others, including a significantchoice.com or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization. We do not guarantee immediate email or live chat support because of the many members we have; as such, you agree to be patient to receive support and that the issue of support cannot serve as ground for a refund whatsoever. However, we will try our best to make sure that everybody receives immediate support via email and live chat.

NB: With regard to all our recruitment exercises, any falsification of documents will lead to your account being closed and NO refund will be given. This is in addition to automatic disqualification.

Will you charge me at any time in the future?
No. This is a lifetime membership . However, note that your account will be disabled immediately if you are not able to login into your account for more than 30 days for reasons unknown to us; this is exceptional only in cases where you have notified us in advance. If you want your account re-activated you must pay the membership fee again. Refunds will not be issued to accounts that have been closed due to inactivity.

Refund: We will try to help you in any way possible. If at the end of 90 days , you are still unhappy with your membership and do not believe that we provide you with real, legitimate opportunities to make money, you may ask for a full refund. The refund CAN ONLY be requested after the expiry of the 90 days . How can we offer this? Because we know our systems make money. You would have to be willing to miss out on a truly life changing opportunity if you decided to give up your membership. Simply send us an email letting us know why you would like to cancel, and we will issue a refund of your membership fee which will take about 5 to 10 business days to be credited back to your account. Note that the refund is subject to review by the Refund Committee* and the refund committees' decision is final and cannot be contested under any circumstances. Please note that your membership account will be disabled immediately once a refund has been processed. You will be unable to access any future updates. Refunds are only processed on proving that my techniques cannot earn you any money in the internet. So, if you are lazy and in search of a get-rich-quick scheme, just log out of this website. After 100 days, we assume you are satisfied with your membership and no refund can be issued whatsoever.

* The Refund committee analyses your account with us including the number of times help was sought, your effort and the application of skills we teach you. After analyzing this, the committee either decides to give or revoke a refund. So, dont join, change your mind and wait for 90 days in order to receive your refund; thats not our policy, you must put a lot of effort and apply all that we teach you accordingly.

You agree that our company (significantchoice.com) is not responsible for the success or non-success of your business decisions relating to any information presented by significantchoice.com, or our company products, service, training or suggestions.
